SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Blackbird Wireless Group LLC ("Blackbird Wireless", "we", "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from Blackbird Wireless, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program

  • Program name: Blackbird Wireless Order Notifications.
  • Description: Transactional text messages from Blackbird Wireless about your orders with us, including order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, activation status updates, and links so you can review and accept your order documents.
  • This program is operated by Blackbird Wireless Group LLC, not by any affiliate marketing network or third-party lead generator.

2. Opt-in (consent)

You opt in by providing your mobile number to Blackbird Wireless and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages from Blackbird Wireless about your order (for example, by checking an optional SMS consent box when placing an order on https://www.blackbirdwireless.com, or by otherwise clearly agreeing when you give us your number for that purpose).

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may complete an order and use our services without agreeing to receive text messages. Messaging consent is separate from our Sales Order Terms and Conditions and is not bundled into payment, account creation, or required service agreements.

Consent applies only to messages from Blackbird Wireless for this program. We do not use shared or purchased opt-in lists, and we do not send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties.

3. Message frequency, rates, and carriers

  • Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-out and help

  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent under this program.

5. No sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform), and then only to perform those services for Blackbird Wireless.

7. Changes
