Blackbird Wireless may send transactional text messages under the Blackbird Wireless Order Notifications program, including order confirmations, shipping, delivery and activation updates, and links to review and accept order documents, to customers who provide their mobile number and voluntarily agree to receive text messages from Blackbird Wireless. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is separate from our Sales Order Terms and Conditions.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging platform) that deliver the messages for Blackbird Wireless, and then only to perform that service.
